Just to make things clear, this was not my idea. I saw a comment ibelievenarglesarebehindit made in the original gif set and decided to make those (because I clearly have nothing better to do). So yeah, this is supposed to be Katniss and Peeta reuniting after they rescued Peeta from the Capitol.
